Iron Horse Lake

Fishing Report: Iron Horse Lake, August 1, 2023

The bass in this lake relate well to any rocky or rip rap areas. Main points are always good. Square bills, Chatterbaits, Finesse baits, and some topwater baits will work well here. You will catch a lot of 13 to 15 inch bass with an occasional 19 or 20 inch bass.

There are also good sized crappie up to 14 inches and saugeye present in good numbers. Big catfish roam this lake as well!
